FFL Transfers
At G1 Firearms, we offer a convenient service for transferring firearms purchased online or between individuals. Please take a moment to review our transfer policy and associated fees. Our goal is to make the transfer process as smooth and efficient as possible. If you have any questions or need further clarification, feel free to contact us via phone, text, or email.
FFL Copy for Sellers
If you're purchasing from another dealer, they will need a copy of our Federal Firearms License (FFL). You can direct the seller to our website to request the FFL, or you may provide them with our email address: sales@g1firearms.com. We encourage all sellers to ship firearms in compliance with local and federal regulations. Please note that G1 Firearms does not accept responsibility for any packages shipped to us. Receiving a delivery notification from UPS, FedEx, or USPS does not mean the item is ready for pickup. We will contact you when the firearm has been processed and is ready for transfer.
Incoming Transfers
To ensure the efficient processing of your incoming transfer, please make sure that the firearm is shipped with the recipient's full name and contact number. Missing information can cause delays.
Please remember that receiving a delivery notification from UPS, USPS, or FedEx does not mean the firearm is ready for pickup. All incoming transfers will be available for pickup only after the customer has been contacted and an appointment has been scheduled. We will reach out via email, text, or phone to notify you of your transfer's readiness.
Transfers are processed in the order they are received. Customers have 30 calendar days to pick up their transferred firearm unless other arrangements have been made. After 30 days, a storage fee of $5 per day, per firearm, will be charged until the firearm is either picked up or the storage fee exceeds its value. At that point, the firearm will be considered abandoned and will become the property of G1 Firearms. Any firearm that has not been claimed after 9 months will be deemed abandoned.
